The CHS Self-Assessment e-learning course is now online!

Developed in partnership with IECAH and with the support of the German Government, it consists of three modules and three exercises which provide a training opportunity for CHS Alliance members and any organisation interested in undertaking the Self-Assessment against the Core Humanitarian Standard.

The modules include: a reminder of the different elements of the Core Humanitarian Standard, what is verification and the different CHS verification options, and how to plan, conduct and report on the CHS self-assessment. The three exercises will give you an opportunity to exercise scoring as well as writing and analyzing a summary report.

With this self-assessment e-learning module, we hope to give any organisation undertaking the CHS Self-Assessment a useful support to plan and conduct a self-assessment, obtain a fairly representative snapshot of where the organisation stands in term of the CHS Nine Commitments and decide how to strengthen their quality and accountability policies and practice.
