Alexandra is a Master’s graduate in the Faculty of Ecology at the Technical University, postgraduate studies in Public Health at the Slovak Medical University with specialisations in Public Health, radiation protection, child Protection, professional foster care. She has worked at the Public Health Authority of the Slovak Republic as National Focal Point for SR of the WHO International Health Regulations (IHR). She is currently working as a humanitarian worker and project coordinator supporting education for vulnerable children in Africa, while pursuing PhD studies at St. Elizabeth University of Social Work and Public Health.

Dr. Amha Ermias Tefferi is an independent consultant and CEO of SEGEL Consulting. He is a senior evaluator, MEAL specialist, CHS Approved and Sphere-accredited trainer with 18+ years of experience across humanitarian, development and peace contexts in Ethiopia, the Horn of Africa and wider African setting. His work spans evaluation systems, organisational learning, quality and accountability, and responsible AI in governance. He facilitated HQAI audits, completed HQAI New Auditor Training (2026), and delivers CHS 2024 trainings and real-time reviews against CHS commitments.

Anastasiia is an independent safeguarding, PSEA, and capacity development expert with 15 years of experience in humanitarian and development sectors, including frontline response. A CHS Alliance-certified investigator and trainer, she brings strong facilitation, coaching, and project management skills. She delivers PSEA and safeguarding training and capacity-strengthening projects across Ukraine, Eastern Europe, and the Caucasus, mentoring focal points and helping partners embed PSEA into their work and daily operations.

Andrew is a consultant with over 20 years experience, advising donors and INGOs on people-centred, accountable, evidence-driven humanitarian action. He has deep expertise in AAP, Cash and Voucher Assistance and quality standards in fragile contexts. He supports policy design, learning and systems strengthening. He translates stakeholders’ priorities to practical, scalable solutions. He integrates systems thinking with participatory approaches. He has global experience working with INGOs, UN agencies, and governments. He is a CALP Certified Trainer, Sphere Trainer and Registered CHS Auditor.

Aneeta is the Founder and Executive Director of Bridging Worlds Consulting Ltd, a global safeguarding and accountability consultancy service advising and training non-profits, private sector and the UN. A human rights lawyer, she is passionate about bringing about justice for victim/survivors of safeguarding and workplace abuses.

Anzhelika is a safeguarding and organizational development practitioner with a Master’s degree in NGO Management and hands-on experience strengthening accountability systems in the nonprofit sector. She works with leadership teams to build systems that reduce the risks of sexual exploitation, abuse, harassment, and corruption through effective governance, policies, reporting channels, and organizational culture. Throughout Ukraine’s full-scale humanitarian response, she has supported the implementation of international standards and organizational change initiatives.

Ayenew Bekele is an experienced professional with diverse sets of skills and knowledge encompassing humanitarian and development areas. He holds an MA in Development studies & BSc in Disaster Risk Management. Ayenew is a seasoned humanitarian practitioner accumulating a rich and extensive experience across Food security and livelihoods, Wash, MPC, DRR, Protection, Health and nutrition, with an in-depth understanding of the humanitarian landscape. He is also an accredited Sphere trainer.

Betsegaw, who is an accredited Sphere Trainer, currently works with Concern as Accountability Manager, has over 15 years of work experiences in humanitarian, recovery and development settings. Previously he worked with GOAL International, World Vision and Governmental Organizations in Ethiopia. He brings extensive experience and expertise in Accountability to Affected People, Community Engagement, Community Feedback Mechanisms, Anticipatory Action, Local Partnering, Programme Quality and Accountability. Betsegaw holds MA in Project Management from Addis Ababa University.

Lucy is a senior consultant with over 20 years of experience in programme performance, AAP, and safeguarding/PSEAH across the humanitarian and international development sectors. Having held senior roles with leading international NGOs, including Oxfam and Save the Children, she now advises a diverse range of clients, including governments, NGOs, universities, and UN agencies. Lucy is a regular trainer for CHS Alliance, delivering courses on the Core Humanitarian Standard (CHS) and PSEAH investigations.

Marie is an independent consultant and auditor with 15 years of experience in the humanitarian sector. HQAI-registered Core Humanitarian Standard auditor since 2017, she conducts audits, contributes to auditor training programmes and e-learning development, and has designed the CHS audit readiness tool. She has hands-on experience with ECHO ex-ante assessments, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Her work spans organisational assessments, due diligence, and quality assurance. She has advised funders and INGOs on streamlining and bridging assessment processes. Marie works fluently in English and French.

Moayad is an independent consultant and trainer with sixteen years of experience in the humanitarian and development sectors across the MENA region and Eastern Europe. He specialises in MEL, accountability, partnerships, localisation, and evaluations, and holds a Master’s degree in Evaluation from Saarland University. He designs and facilitates tailored training (online & in-person) on CHS-aligned accountability, PSEAH, and OECD-DAC evaluation for local and international organisations, and has evaluated programmes and responses against both the CHS and OECD-DAC criteria. He works fluently in English & Arabic.

Muhammad Waqqas is a humanitarian and MEAL professional with 17+ years of experience in emergency and development programming. He is a certified Sphere and CHS trainer with extensive experience promoting humanitarian standards, quality, accountability, and protection across WASH, Food Security, Nutrition, Shelter, and Health. He has led humanitarian surge deployments, rapid needs assessments, and real-time evaluations. He is an international trainer on RBME, Knowledge Management, Sphere, and CHS, with evaluation and capacity-building assignments across Africa, Asia, and the Middle East for major donor-funded programs.

Pilar is a Franco-Colombian humanitarian professional who has lived and worked across France and Africa, and is currently based in Singapore. She has nearly 15 years of experience in the sector as a MEAL and Programme Coordinator, working in both field operations and headquarters settings. As an independent consultant, Pilar supports organisations through services aimed at strengthening their practices and enhancing the quality of their work, particularly through MEAL and accountability processes, guidelines, and tailored training programmes. She is a certified learning and development expert.

Sylvie is a senior consultant with over 25 years of experience in humanitarian and development settings, specialised in principled people-centered approaches: learning strategies, building capacities, training trainers, coaching aid actors; collective accountability to affected populations (AAP) and safeguarding (PSEAH); quality assurance, project management, area-based coordination. Tetiana is the National Safeguarding Manager at Caritas-Spes Ukraine and a certified CHS Alliance trainer. She delivers training on CHS, safeguarding, protection principles, inclusive safeguarding, FCRM, and referral pathways. She also leads the development and integration of safeguarding policies and procedures. Through regular field visits, she works directly with national and local teams to strengthen quality, accountability, and people-centred approaches. She holds certifications in safeguarding investigations and promotes safe, inclusive, and accountable programming across Ukraine.
