Call for HHR2021 session proposals – navigating accountability in HR

26 April 2021

Session proposals are being accepted until 30 April 2021.

Submit your session proposal now for CHS Alliance’s 2021 annual Humanitarian HR conference as we explore best practices and innovative ideas in the sector. We’re seeking session proposals that will foster dynamic conversations around:

  • Diversity, accessibility, equity and Inclusion – moving from statements to action, learning from doing, innovation and improving.
  • How organisations are engaging with their employees who ultimately provide services to affected populations – learning from shut-down, new ways to outreach
  • Safeguarding – from good practice to common standards and must haves in an accountable culture.
  • Employee engagement beyond the virtual screen – maintaining employee value proposition in the age of social distancing and remote working.
  • Preparing for the next crisis – lessons learned from the impact of Covid-19 and its impact on accountability in HR
  • Professionalisation in the sector.
  • Leadership in a time of crisis.
  • Assessing and evaluating your career growth and future career plans.
  • Aligning HR with an organisation’s overall strategy.

As a virtual conference, we want to encourage you to think creatively about your presentation and how to engage your audience virtually. We encourage you to read this Quick Guide before drafting and submitting your proposal.
