The CHS Alliance is looking for an enthusiastic, organized and results-driven person to take on the new role of Fundraising & Donor Coordination Manager.

You will join a dynamic organisation influencing the sector towards greater accountability to people affected by crisis through the take up of Core Humanitarian Standard (CHS).

This role is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys developing existing government relationships and developing new partnerships with donors. You will bring a proven track record in securing and managing funding relationships, as well as creating strategic relationships with government and other donors.

What we expect from you

As the Fundraising & Donor Coordination Manager, you will work closely with the Executive Director and Director of Support Services/Chief Finance Officer (CFO). Your tasks will be diverse, but your focus will be on:

  • funding and resource mobilisation;
  • grant monitoring and evaluation;
  • and donor compliance.

Terms and Conditions
Location:  London or Geneva
Time commitment: 80 – 100 % on an open-ended contract
Salary: We are currently going through a review of our remuneration framework. Current salary range for this position starts at 80’000CHF/£39’150 (gross annual).
Start Date:  November 2021
