Aide et Action’s first quality self-assessment

8 February 2021

by Jérôme Geoffroy, International Quality Director

After Aide et Action joined the CHS Alliance, in June 2020 – and aligned its quality policy with the fundamental standard of quality and accountability – the first quality self-assessment will start on February 2021.

Staff worldwide will participate in this self-assessment by answering a questionnaire. Therefore they will give a first view of the current integration of Aide et Action’s 9 commitments and quality criteria to date.

This assessment is part of a continuous improvement process that allows Aide et Action to take a step back from its daily action in favor of education. It should lead the association to progress and to increase the effects and impacts of its programs and supported projects and led in its different Territories of intervention (Asia(s), Africa, the Caribbean and Europe).

This is a crucial participation as all Aide et Action’s staff, wherever he/she is and whatever his/her function is, are guarantors of quality within Aide et Action.
