Consultancy – Human Resources Advisor
CHS Alliance is looking for a dynamic consultant with expertise in Human Resources to support the Alliance develops its HR processes with a specific focus on supporting finalising the remuneration framework review.
The ideal candidate shall be registered as a consultant in their country or work for a consulting firm. They shall have Human Resources experience at senior level and, ideally, previous experience in reviewing/developing remuneration and reward processes.
The consultancy is expected to start early 2022 for approx. 4-6 months.
