  • Time commitment: Full time role
  • Location: Geneva (other locations explored for the right candidate)
  • Salary: Between 115’249 CHF and 131’713 CHF (final salary will depend on location, qualifications and experience)
  • Start Date: 1st June or later

Join the CHS Alliance as Head of Finance & Administration, leading key organisational functions, including financial management, donor compliance and administration.

You will play a key role in an energetic organisation influencing the sector towards greater accountability to people affected by crisis through the take up of the Core Humanitarian Standard (CHS). Bring your expertise to help us deliver on our mission!

The Head of Finance & Administration role is ideal for professionals seeking to make a meaningful impact. A combination of strategic responsibilities and “hands on” delivery, you’ll lead financial planning and budgeting for financial sustainability, oversee organisation and programme-specific audits, and work with the Executive Director to ensure strong financial governance and risk management. You will also manage and support all day-to-day financial operations, guiding our finance team. Additionally, you will ensure the CHS Alliance’s compliance with key regulatory, donor and other legal requirements, and manage related administrative processes.
