LM International, a global non-profit faith-based foundation, is dedicated to eradicating poverty and providing water, sanitation, hygiene, health, education, food security and livelihood to the most vulnerable communities.

Since 1958, we have addressed the dire needs of impoverished regions, operating in over 80 countries and currently active in 25 countries across four continents. Our mission is to empower individuals to build sustainable futures without compromising planetary health and the well-being of future generations.

We build relationships with governments, partner organisations, donors, civil society, nonprofits, private sector, academia, individuals, and grantees to drive sustainable change by bringing in resources, expertise, and vision. The on-the-ground expertise and deep understanding of the issues we care about exhibited by our local partners play a pivotal role in driving innovation and development.

Our presence in key regions allows us to build vital relationships, understand policy environments, and adopt culturally sensitive approaches. As a signatory to the ICRC’s Code of Conduct and a certified member of the CHS Alliance, we adhere to Humanitarian Principles, International Humanitarian Law (IHL), CHS Commitments, the Humanitarian Charter, and the Sphere Project’s Minimum Standards in Disaster Response.
