ACROSS Vision is a 'Christ-centred transformation of South Sudan communities and beyond.' Our Mission is: To transform communities in South Sudan and beyond with a Christ-centred approach. Our Core Values are: Integrity, Faithful Stewardship, Excellency, Commitment and Unity. Our Ogranisation aims at reaching out to the most vulnerable, marginalised and less privileged in society in response to their needs. We thus listen to the communities more and together we develop responses. ACROSS has a strong history of developing and delivering Integrated Holistic programmes with peace building, Trauma Healing and reconciliation as cross-cutting as well gender equity and inclusivity.

We seek for transformation of communities in a Holistic way and so work through community engagement, using a rights-based approach, and many other topics such as food security and livelihoods, health, education, nutrition, WASH, media, literature, Youth and Sports and Children's Ministry, which are more developmental as well as in Relief and Humanitarian Emergencies as the needs or situations dictate.
