The CHS Alliance’s current strategy concludes at the end of 2025 and we are now embarking on a strategy process to guide us through to 2027, in line with the CHS Alliance governance planning.
New strategy
Our next strategy builds on the incredible work of our Members and charts bold new directions for the CHS Alliance. In the draft below, we set out two objectives and four focus areas to strengthen efforts to make aid more accountable, effective and safe.

Consultation – summer 2025
We are reaching out to Members and other key stakeholders for feedback and would ask for your participation in this short two question survey by 5 August 2025.
Endorsement
Following this consultation, the strategy will be presented for endorsement at the General Assembly on 14th October 2025.
