As a network dedicated to greater accountability in the aid sector, effective governance is critical. The CHS Alliance Board brings together a diverse and talented set of individuals who play a critical role in overseeing the work of the Alliance, ensuring its strong governance and providing expertise and support to the achievement of its mission.
We are seeking three new members of the CHS Alliance Governing Board, with the following skills and experience, in alignment with CHS Alliance Statutes:
- Financial expertise (full member, or independent)
- Human resource, organisational development or people management expertise (full member)
- Person with lived experience of being affected by a humanitarian crisis (independent)
*independent indicates the individual is not currently an employee, on the Board, or a full member

Potential new Board members should be nominated by completing a nomination form and sending it to ga@chsalliance.org by 25 August 2025 (midnight GMT).
Members will vote in an online election for Board seats ahead of the General Assembly meeting on 14 October 2025.
