The CHS Alliance (hereinafter “we” or “the Alliance”) is committed to the protection and respect of your privacy. In this policy, we set out how we process your personal data.

For the purpose of the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), in force from 25 May 2018, the data controller is the CHS Alliance – Chemin de Balexert 7 – 1219 Châtelaine (Switzerland).

This data is suitable to identify you. We do not collect or process data referring to you personally if you have not given us your explicit consent or authorised a third party to transfer it to us. The information you provide to us may include your name, organisation name, address, e-mail address, phone number, photographs and financial information.

We may ask you for information when you register to our events or report a problem with our website. If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence. We may also ask you to complete surveys that we use for research or service improvement purposes and in which you have no obligation to participate.  

Statistical data

This includes all information which refers to general statistics, such as page traffic, resources you access and demography. Your identification through this data is not possible.

We commit to sign agreements with third parties who may store or process your data, requesting them to comply with this Privacy Policy and the GDPR.
