Lucy Heaven TaylorLucy Heaven Taylor is an accountability and safeguarding/PSEA specialist with 20 experience in the humanitarian and development sector. She advises and supports a range of NGO and UN clients such as Oxfam, World Vision and the CHS Alliance at head office and field level. Lucy’s accountability experience includes conducting participatory accountability reviews, advising on accountability policy, designing tools and resources for accountability to affected populations and training in complaints handling. Her experience in PSEA includes advising on strategy, conducting investigations, and training on prevention and investigations. She developed CHS Alliance’s guidance and protocol on reporting complaints data in the public domain. Lucy is an experienced trainer, and, in addition to her work with CHS Alliance, trains for a number of networks such as Bond and RedR. She regularly takes the lead facilitation role on the CHS Alliance’s investigations training workshops in a range of global locations.
