Since 2009, I have been directly working on quality and accountability and its respective standard frameworks. My experience on quality and accountability began with being Turkey focal point and serving as a certified instructor of both the Sphere Project and the International Network for Education in Emergencies (INEE). The end result – my experiences of serving as Core Humanitarian Standard focal point as well as a CHS Alliance approved trainer, is an asset that I can now offer the related sectors. I have immense experience working with complex, inter-cultural communication strategies while working alongside cross-cultural teams and several thematic international working groups. I managed and facilitated the quality and accountability training of small and large groups with the participation of humanitarian aid workers, business sector workers, academicians, and middle and high-level public agency officers. Additionally, I have vast experience working with national or local teams on contextualisation of the quality and accountability standards.
