Oliver is a learning and development specialist in humanitarian principles and standards including Sphere and CHS and a technical expert in the areas of health, nutrition and WASH including PM&E. He is convinced that the right to life with dignity can be put into practice by implementing the Core Humanitarian Standard and by reaching the Minimum Standards in humanitarian response. He is experienced in the design and delivery of trainings, facilitating workshops and trainings of trainers in Africa, Asia, Europe, the Middle East and the Americas. As well as being a CHS approved trainer and a Sphere ToT trainer, Oliver also contributed to the development of CHS and Sphere training materials and publications.
