Charlie Dalrymple is a learning and organisational change specialist with 15 years experience in humanitarian and development sectors. He is experienced in the design and delivery of training, facilitating workshops and events; he is a qualified coach and mentor. Charlie has delivered training in Africa, Asia, Europe, the Middle East and the Americas and speaks English and Spanish. As well as being a CHS approved trainer, Charlie also contributed to the CHS technical advisory group and was part of the team that delivered the first ever CHS training in South America. Most recently, Charlie held the post of International Programmes Director at RedR UK, where he oversaw learning programmes in over 30 countries, reaching nearly 8,000 participants. As well as managing learning programmes, Charlie also has significant experience in in monitoring, evaluation and impact assessment, and in organisational improvement.
