Learning and Development Framework Toolkit

This guide describes a process of designing a Learning and Development Framework within your own NGO or for supporting a partner organisation. A range of tools and models are illustrated with guidance on how to adopt and use them. Recommendations are provided for organisations wanting to adopt measures for the first time. It has been developed by the CHS Alliance and Agenda Consulting - experts in staff and volunteer surveys and benchmarking studies.
